PIANC, the World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructure, offers a comprehensive library of publications aimed at advancing the planning, design, construction, and management of inland and maritime navigation infrastructures. Developed by PIANC’s Inland, Maritime, and Recreational Navigation and Environmental Commissions, these reports provide expert guidance on diverse topics related to waterborne transport infrastructure.

Available in electronic format, all PIANC publications can be accessed for free through the PIANC member portal or, for non-members, purchased through the PIANC International website.
